What happens to my free domain if I use the money back guarantee?

Domain names have a much smaller window in which we can return the domain and get a full refund. For most top-level domains such as .com, .net, .org, .info, etc this window is a 3 day period. Therefore, there are 2 scenarios in what will happen to your domain!

Scenario 1:
You received a free domain from Swefty from ordering one of our shared hosting packages. However, If for whatever reason you decide to request your money back within the timeframe your TLD allows refunds, you will get a complete full refund no questions asked. Your domain will be refunded from the registrar and will be immediately available for re-registration.

Scenario 2:
Swefty offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you request a refund after the period in which a domain may be refunded, you will still receive a full complete refund from Swefty. However, your domain will be suspended and will be unable to be re-registered or transferred. If you still wish to keep your domain, there will be an $11 registration fee in which case the domain will be unsuspended.
