Scenario 1:

However, If for whatever reason you decide to request your money back within the timeframe your TLD allows refunds, you will get a complete full refund no questions asked. Your domain will be refunded from the registrar and will be immediately available for re-registration.
Scenario 2:
Swefty offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you request a refund after the period in which a domain may be refunded, you will still receive a full complete refund from Swefty. However, your domain will be suspended and will be unable to be re-registered or transferred. If you still wish to keep your domain, there will be an $11 registration fee in which case the domain will be unsuspended.
